Tianjin Hone Construction Co.,Ltd is a large modern manufacturer of plywood ,VLV LVB and packing material ,which was jointly invested by Japan Sojitz Corp. and Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Paine International Trade Co.,Ltd in 2005. Located in Dongli Dist of Tianjin City, It covers more than 20000 squares meters , including 4800 square meters of workshop.
We mainly manufacture LVL plywood, door core plywood and waterproof structure plywood, which are mainly exported to America, Japan and southeast Asia . The product capacity is more than 16000 M3 annually. Our product also includes Wooden Pallet, Wooden case and others. Besides, we can do as the customer’s requirement.
The main use of LVL is for construction components, crossbeam, carriage board, furniture, flooring, wood stud, packing and so on.. It is strong enough for saw cutting, slicing, chiseling, tenoning, nailing, ect.
Larch plywood concrete panel applies for house and bridge construction. When the plywood used as concrete panel, it can be cut by saw or whole used. Normally, the plywood can be reused over 8 times. All indexes have reached or over Chinese standard of GB/t17656-1999.
As the good choice of the long-term transportation and storage, wooden packing case and pallet are suitable for export transportation in the bad environment , especially for the large-scale goods packing.
According to the international standard, the company has established a set of effective quality safeguard system and carried on the strict monitoring to the whole production process. In 2006, the factory obtained the American PSI international authentication certificate.
